Bolder Horizons is excited to partner with AVA International for AVA Academy India, advancing animal and vegan advocacy through strategic capacity building.

At Bolder Horizons, we believe creating change is like climbing a mountain — you make your best impact when you have the right gear. We equip advocates and organizations with the inner and outer tools they need to make their best impact.

Organizations often wrestle with gaps in skill-based areas like communications, fundraising, campaigning, monitoring and evaluation, as well as strategic areas like leadership development, giving constructive feedback, delegating effectively, and making tough decisions. In our approach, inner gaps are supported through coaching, while outer gaps are addressed through practical skills-building.

With more than a decade of experience in the non-profit sector — especially in animal advocacy — we help leaders and organizations combine values, skills, and strategy to create sustainable impact across Asia and beyond.

Capacity Building

From identifying gaps to curating expertise, we design capacity-building opportunities that are relevant and actionable. Whether through workshops, sector-wide events, or tailored training, our goal is to ensure advocates have the tools they need to succeed.

Coaching

Working in social change can be demanding and isolating. Coaching provides space to reflect, find clarity, and strengthen leadership. We offer support ranging from career advice and problem-solving to ongoing leadership coaching for founders and directors.

Custom Collaborations

Some challenges need unique solutions. We co-create initiatives that go beyond individual trainings — like our partnership with the AVA Summit to design and deliver the AVA Academy. We are always looking for new opportunities to collaborate.

Meet the Founder

Shweta Sood is the founder of Bolder Horizons and the Communications Director at Animal Charity Evaluators.

A seasoned strategist with over 14 years of experience in the non-profit sector, she has led campaigns, built networks across Asia, and mentored advocates and leaders throughout her career. She brings her passion for capacity building and her expertise in advocacy to help individuals and organizations grow stronger, together.
